A St. Louis County grass roots proactive group formed to
protest the outrageous residential property
reassessments and tax levies imposed on St. Louis County residential properties
since tax year 2000.
PROPERTY TAX ACTIVIST GROUP
This website was prepared by a proactive group consisting
of individuals who are St. Louis County residents. We believe
that our residential
properties
have been subjected to unfair reassessments and unreasonable tax levies by the
St. Louis
County government. Based on the tax levies from tax year 2000 to the present, we
believe that the St. Louis County
government has been in violation of the Hancock Amendment to the Missouri
State Constitution. We also feel action must
be taken now to require the St. Louis County government to comply with the law
and provide tax relief.
OUR
PURPOSES
1. We have prepared a
PETITION for your signature that protests the outrageous predatory
residential
property reassessments and subsequent tax levies. This petition will be
submitted to every appropriate
Missouri state
government official and St. Louis County government official.
Please note that by signing this
petition you are NOT appealing your property reassessment or tax levy which must
be filed separately and independently
by you.
SUMMARY

property assessments and tax levies
since the year 2000 that we believe have violated Missouri state laws and the
Hancock amendment to the
Missouri constitution.
